DC36 Central Station

DC36 stations store, control, and supply lubricant to systems. The lubricant must be oil with a viscosity of not greater than 1900 SSU at 100°F. DC36 stations can be used in systems that service equipment requiring oil lubrication such as machine tools and transfer equipment.

Standard items on these stations include a low level warning switch for connection to lights or horns, oil level sight gauge, a 30 mesh oil filter and an air breather cap in the oil filler port.

Technical Data

Pump	Gear type with discharge capacity of 0.30 GPM at 0 psi and at 1725 RPM. Relief valve is normally set at 1000 psi.
Electric Motor	Standard motor is 1/3 HP at 1750 RPM, 120 volts-60 cycles. Motors with other HP ratings and for other voltages are available.
Reservoir	Available in three sizes - 15, 30, and 50 gallons. All have an oil sight gauge, a 30 mesh oil filter (100 mesh screen available upon request), an air breather cap in the oil filler port, and a low oil-level warning switch for connecting to warning lights or horns. A high level warning switch is optional.
Lube Timing Device (Optional)	Model K5 timer starts and monitors each lube cycle. It operates warning lights or horns if system fails to reverse. Standard timer is for 120 volts-60 cycles with either a one or twenty-four hour dial. Timers for other voltages (consult factory)
Pressure Control Device	This is a DR2-7 type reversing valve with limit switch.
