TP11, 12, 13, 22, 23 Air/Hydraulic Operated Pumps

The TP Lubricator meets a wide range of requirements as shown in the table below. The discharge capacities range from .25cc (.015 cu. in.) to 2.8cc (.170 cu. in.) per stroke. These pumps offer a range of pressure ratios and are available as single acting, spring return or double acting, power return.

Application

The TP Lubricators are used on central pumping stations with T30 or T32 reservoirs; or in bulk oil installations without reservoirs. These lubricators are actuated by air or hydraulic power. See Bulletin #SL2800: Singline Components.

1 Listings in this column show our recommendations based on pump pressure ratios in relation to typical machine air and hydraulic power supply pressures. Hydraulic pressure must fall below 2 psi during relief cycle when using pumps for single acting (spring return) hydraulic service.

1 Pressure ratios decrease at lower operating pressures — will increase slightly (up to 10%) at higher operating pressures.
2 When using pump input pressures that generate pump output pressures over 3000 psi use rupture disc indicator (part #10412PR) in the pump port to prevent hazardous over pressurizing of lube system.

When ordering, specify by name, description and part number, e.g. TP Lubricator, 7:1, Part #TP222C.
