10 Series
Like all our TSLOTS extrusions, the 10 series can be attached in almost countless ways with our selection of brackets, fasteners, stanchions, hinges, and other connectors and hardware.
There are many 10 Series aluminum extrusions to select from, including 1″x1″, 1″x1″QR, 1″x2″, 1″x3″, 2″x2″ and 2″x4″. The slot widths are 0.255″ and are modular to each other. The design’s 0.125″ inside radius makes it easy to slide drop-in T-Nuts.
These extrusions are ideal for sound enclosures, machine guarding, display racks, work benches, and panel mount racks. You can easily mount accessories such as sensors, valves, switches, panels and rails.
Other, custom-shape extrusions compatible with this series are also available upon request.
650000 - TS10-10 T-slotted Extrusion
The 1″ x 1″ extrusion is ideal for machine guarding, sound enclosures, small load work benches, display racks and panel mount racks. Mount accessories such as valves, sensors, switches, slatwall panels, DIN rails and many others directly to TSLOTS.
650001 - TS10-30 T-slotted Extrusion
The 1" x 3" shape is designed for machine guarding, work benches, sound enclosures and mounting devices. The 1" x 2" shape can be used to run air lines or as a pressure or vacuum manifold.
650002 - TS10-20 T-slotted Extrusion
The 1" x 2" shape is designed for machine guarding, work benches, sound enclosures and mounting devices. The 1" x 2" shape can be used to run air lines or as a pressure or vacuum manifold.
650003 - TS20-20 T-slotted Extrusion
The 2″ x 2″ extrusion is ideal for structures where more strength is needed for smaller frame assemblies. The center of the 2″ x 2″ can be used to run air lines or serve as a pressure or vacuum manifold up to 150 psi.
650004 - TS20-40 T-slotted Extrusion
Our 2″ x 4″ shape is the largest 10 S shape available. It was created for structures that require very high load requirements. The 2″ x 4″ shape is ideal for heavy duty machine bases, support structures, stairways, mezzanines and anywhere where maximum strength support is required.
650011 - TS20-50 T-slotted Extrusion
The 2" x .5" extrusion is a thinner profile that works well as a supporting profile or attached to a flat surface.
650021 - TS10-50 T-slotted Extrusion
The 1″ x 1/2″ extrusion is ideal for machine guarding, sound enclosures, small load work benches, display racks and panel mount racks. Mount accessories such as valves, sensors, switches, slatwall panels, DIN rails and many others directly to TSLOTS.

The 1″ x 1″ radius curved profile with the 2 open slots provide a clean look which is optimal for furniture, displays, trade show booths, desks, and retail spaces.

The 1″ x 1″ single slot profile with the closed faces on the profile provide a clean look which is optimal for furniture, displays, trade show booths, desks, and retail spaces.
